Building design

Iconic, individual with inspiring interiors are just some of the words our customers have used to describe LEO's buildings.

Impeccably maintained

Our buildings are unbranded, but look closely and you can tell it is a LEO building as they are all finished and maintained to an impeccable standard by our in house maintenance team of 17. Whether that is fitting out a new acquisition from a shell or uplifting a well-loved existing property the team apply these same high standards to all.

Space that works

We develop a lot of buildings from a shell stage which means we can create adaptable specifically designed for businesses from installing bi-fold doors to form interlinking meeting rooms to creating sound proofed telephone booths. All designed to enhance your working day.

A stylistic choice

We recognise that taste is individual. There is no better place to see this than on Curzon Street, Mayfair where we have two outstanding buildings; No. 14 is a modern building with a contemporary fit out, which is in total contrast to number No. 32, a Grade II listed building with period features and wood paneling. Both are five star and offer the same peerless service, so each building will appeal to different tastes.

Continual investment

We have a constant programme of investment in our current portfolio, uplifting the current space and enhancing facilities. In addition, we are continually acquiring new buildings to ensure our customers have the choice they need in the locations they want to be.

Case study - Michelin House

Michelin House has a listed Art Deco façade which has become a much-photographed London landmark and is regarded as one of the most significant pieces of architecture in the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The building was a shell - it had sloped floors from its former use by the Michelin House tyre company, so a major works project preceded the fit out. The building has been sympathetically
restored enhancing the building’s heritage and beautiful art deco features, whilst creating unique, luxury spaces for customers to work and meet in. The finished building absolutely fills the brief!
